Freezer Jam

Sister Galman was so nice to hold a mini class on how to make freezer jam. She did a presentation on how to make the jam and then let us taste it and take some product home. Freezer jam is very easy to make and can be complete from start to finish in about 15 minutes. Sister Gallman is very talented, we had time left over so she showed us how to make quick and easy rolls, that she had done at a previous mini class. We appreciate her talents and time to help us all learn.

Events scheduled for February

* Every Tuesday is Temple Day for the sisters. We will meet at Sister Raia's House or the temple for the 9:30 am session.
* Every Wednesday is Park Day. Come to the park and join in the fun, bring a lunch if you want. We meet at the Date Palm park at 11:30 am.
* Feb. 11th- Mini class at Gallman's - Learn how to make freezer jam 11:00 am and 7:00 pm.
* Feb. 18th- Humanitarian Day - Greenfield Building - 9:30 to 11:30 am, drop off clothes for upcoming clothing swap.
* Feb. 18th- Birthday Potluck at Sister Cordon's at 11:45 - We will be celebrating the February birthday's. Bring a dish to share.
* Feb. 20th- Humanitarian Swap Day - Greenfield Building - 7:00am to noon. Please come and invite your friends and neighbors. If you have clothes to drop off and can't make it, Sister Cordon is accepting donations at her house until Friday night.
